Adding Items to a Dispatch

To add items, first locate the drop down menu directly below 'Handling Fee'.  Using this list you can add any of the following:

If you select Add 'Tally/Tallies', this will bring up a dialogue box with all tallies that have yet to be dispatched with the same primary owner as the charge to owner on your Dispatch. Double clicking a tally will add it to your Dispatch. Alternately you may select it and then click on 'select' this allows you to add multiple tallies to the dispatch at once by holding CTRL (to select multiple Tallies that are not adjacent in the list) or SHIFT (to select a range of adjacent Tallies) on your keyboard.

If you select 'Equipment Movements', this will bring up a dialogue box with all shipments that have yet to be invoiced with the same primary owner as the charge to owner on your dispatch. Double clicking the shipment will add it to your dispatch. Alternately you may select a shipment by highlighting it, and then clicking 'select'. This makes it possible to add multiple shipments to the dispatch at once by allowing you to select multiple line items while holding CTRL (to select multiple shipments that are not adjacent in the list) or SHIFT (to select a range of adjacent shipments) on your keyboard.

If you select 'Float Equipment' you will be asked for the equipment number of the piece of  Float Equipment that you wish to add. This is the number assigned by TALLYS when you make the new Float Equipment definitions.

If you select 'Single Entry' then one blank line will be added to the Dispatch. To edit this line simply click on the quantity, size or description field, and enter a number, characters, and a string to adequately describe the field.

If you select all manual entries then you will be given five Single Entries. To edit these entries see the description above for single entry.

Removing Items

To remove an item from a Dispatch simply select it with your mouse by clicking on any of it's related text, then select 'Delete Line' from the right of the line entry area. A prompt will then ask if you are sure that you wish to delete. Clicking the check mark will delete, selecting 'X'  will not.
