To access the web server you must give an owner a web password (specified on the owner input screen for that owner). The owner must then navigate to http://servers.ip.address/  . To get this address go to the computer running the server (either the physical server in client/server or your PC in standalone) Go to start>run in your windows environment. In the resulting dialogue type CMD. Then in the black pop up window type ipconfig. The IP address will be listed beside the IP Address field.
