The alternate bill of lading screen is shown below.

Aside from the item section, this screen is the same as the regular Bill of Lading screen.

-The driver field is now located above from LSD.

-The Truck No has a corresponding type, hour and rate on the same line as it.

-The Trailer No is aligned the same way as truck, having the additional text field for Trailer #2 in between Hours and Type.

-The 'Enviro' line, which includes a descriptor filed, Hours, and Rates, is used for an environmental fee when applicable.

-The 3 'Other' lines include descriptor text fields, Hour, and Rate fields for other charges you wish to have on this Bill of Lading.

-The Forklift field has a descriptor text field, Hour and Rate fields for forklift related charges applying to this Bill of Lading.

-Lastly there is also a Rail Kit line with a descriptor text field, Hour, and Rate fields for when there is a Rail Kit involved with a bill of lading.
